Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, date of birth, email address and Pakistan mobile number. Choose a strong password, confirm you are 18 or over, and submit the form. A verification link is sent to your email — click it to activate the account. The whole process takes about two minutes.

Yes. PKR988 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make a deposit or place any bet. Age is verified at registration using the date of birth you provide, and accounts that appear to belong to underage users are suspended immediately pending review.

No. Each person is allowed only one PKR988 account. The platform checks for duplicate accounts using device, email, phone number and payment method data. Creating a second account — for any reason, including re-claiming a welcome bonus — results in both accounts being closed and any balance being forfeited. If you cannot access an old account, contact support before trying to register again.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your registered email address. A reset link will be sent to your inbox — it expires after a short time so open it promptly. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it still does not appear, contact support at [email protected].

Accounts are automatically locked temporarily after a set number of consecutive failed login attempts. This is a security measure. Waiting 30 minutes usually resolves it. If the lock persists, contact support with your registered email address. Accounts can also be locked if an unusual login pattern is detected — for example, a login from a new device in an unexpected location — in which case an identity verification step is required before access is restored.

Some details such as your email address and phone number can be updated through account settings with appropriate verification. Core identity information like your legal name and date of birth cannot be changed after registration — these are fixed at the point of account creation and tied to your identity record. If there is a genuine error, contact support.

You can request account closure by contacting support at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method. If you are closing the account due to concerns about your betting habits, consider using the self-exclusion option in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings instead — it gives you a structured break without permanently losing account access.

Deposits

However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or card issuer — may apply their own standard transaction charges depending on the type of transfer. Pre-match markets include match winner, series winner, top batsman, top bowler, over totals (team and individual), method of first wicket, first ball outcome and dozens more depending on the match. Live in-play markets update in real time during a match and include current over runs, next wicket, live match winner and ball-by-ball markets during T20 games.

Live betting lets you place bets on a match while it is in progress. Odds change in real time based on what is happening on the pitch. To place an in-play bet, go to the Betting or Bet section, find the live match, select your market and confirm the bet at the displayed odds. Note that odds can move quickly during live events — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are the final ones applied.

Most bets are settled automatically once the relevant result is confirmed — typically within a few minutes of the match ending or the specific event (like an over) being completed. Winnings are credited directly to your PKR balance as soon as settlement is processed. For complex markets or events with result disputes, settlement may take longer pending official confirmation from the relevant cricket board or governing body.

For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place PKR 10,000 in total bets using the bonus funds before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The specific requirement for each promotion is always shown upfront in the bonus terms — read it before claiming.

If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited. Your original deposited real money balance (minus any real money bets already placed) is still withdrawable. This is standard across the industry and the specific terms for each bonus are always shown before you claim it.

Withdrawals

Log into your PKR988 account, go to the Cashier or Withdrawal section, select your preferred payment method and enter the amount in PKR you wish to withdraw. The withdrawal will be sent to the same method you used to deposit, or to a verified account in your name. Processing begins immediately after approval.

Processing times vary by VIP tier. Standard accounts can expect withdrawals to JazzCash or Easypaisa within 24 hours. Gold VIP and above receive same-day processing for most requests. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days regardless of tier depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawals over a certain PKR amount may require an identity verification step before processing begins.

If your withdrawal has been pending beyond the expected timeframe for your VIP tier, first check your account notifications — there may be a verification request waiting that is holding the payment. If no action is required on your side and the payment is still delayed, contact support at [email protected] with your withdrawal reference number. Delays are usually resolved within a few hours once support reviews the case.

In most cases, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. VIP points have a rolling validity period. Points earned from betting activity remain valid as long as the account stays active. Extended periods of inactivity may result in points expiring as per the full VIP terms, which are available on the VIP page. Active players who bet regularly will not experience point expiry in practice — it only applies to genuinely dormant accounts.

Tier maintenance requires a minimum level of activity within each tier's review period. If activity drops below the minimum threshold during a review period, the tier may be adjusted down. The review periods and activity thresholds for each tier are published on the VIP page. Regular players who bet a modest amount consistently will generally maintain their tier without issue.

App & Mobile

For Android, the APK can be downloaded directly from PKR988 since it may not be listed in the Play Store — follow the installation instructions on the download page to enable installation from outside the Play Store. iOS users can install via the App Store or through a web app link depending on your region settings.

Yes. Start by checking whether there is an updated version of the app available — outdated versions are the most common cause of loading issues. The exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Your PKR balance is preserved and will be refunded at the end of the exclusion period.
