Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your nominated payment method, subject to standard verification and withdrawal processing. PKR988 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your PKR988 balance immediately upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. PKR988 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
Withdrawal processing times depend on your account's VIP tier. Standard accounts receive processing within the normal queue. Silver tier accounts receive faster processing. Gold and Platinum accounts receive same-day processing during operating hours. Diamond accounts receive near-instant processing at all times. Withdrawals are subject to standard identity verification. PKR988 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds where required by our internal verification procedures.
PKR988 only processes withdrawals to accounts or wallets in the same name as the registered PKR988 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
All bets placed on PKR988 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or market in question. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the platform and are updated periodically to reflect changes in sporting regulations and market practices.
PKR988 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason. This may occur due to account risk management, market conditions or internal policy. Where a bet is refused, any stake amount is returned to your account balance immediately.
If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error, pricing mistake or data feed failure, PKR988 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. "Clearly incorrect" means odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement. PKR988 will exercise this right reasonably and will communicate voided bets promptly.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to greater volatility and may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured unless the bet relates to an event that has already been determined at the time of placement, in which case it may be voided.
Bets placed using automated software, bots or any system designed to exploit latency in odds updates are prohibited. Accounts found to be using such methods will be closed and all associated bets may be voided.
All casino games — including live dealer tables, slots and any other games available on the PKR988 platform — operate using certified random number generation or live dealing processes from our game providers. PKR988 does not itself control the outcome of individual games; outcomes are determined by the underlying game systems.
Bingo games on PKR988 operate under standard bingo rules applicable to the format (90-ball, 75-ball or speed bingo). Tickets are purchased in PKR at the prices shown in each room lobby. Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable. Auto-daub marks numbers automatically; players retain the option to claim prizes manually within the allotted time shown in the game interface.
Technical failures during a game session — such as loss of connection — do not automatically result in a refund. Where a game cannot be resolved due to a verifiable technical failure on PKR988's side, the affected round will be replayed or the stake returned, depending on the circumstances.
PKR988 offers various bonus types including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses and VIP cashback. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which include wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions and validity periods. These terms are communicated at the point of bonus award.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in each offer's terms. Sports bets placed with bonus funds must typically meet minimum odds requirements to count towards wagering. Bets placed on excluded markets or below the minimum odds will not contribute.

Behaviours that constitute bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, low-risk bet pairing to meet wagering requirements, and systematically exploiting promotional mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. If a bonus is credited to your account in error, you should report this to support promptly. Using funds credited in error may result in account suspension.
The PKR988 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered accounts are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier. VIP points are earned on qualifying bets and game activity across all sections of the platform. The points earning rate per PKR wagered varies by game type and is detailed in the VIP section of your account.
Tier upgrades occur automatically when the points threshold for the next tier is reached. Tiers are evaluated on a rolling activity period. If your qualifying activity falls below the threshold for your current tier over the review period, your tier may be adjusted downward at the next review cycle.
